Yes – the devices emit low power radio beams that are fully reflected by organic objects like human body. All our devices are compliant with all FCC, CE RED, UK CA regulations. Actually, this radio wave power is only a fraction of the power relative to, for example, a home router.
If someone other than the owner tries to gain access to the device, the owner is instantly notified. The advanced protection bases on displacement detection, physical lock and connection verification. Loud siren and embedded battery allows to deter unauthorized access.
As we keep high privacy protection levels, we do not send any of your data to the cloud. Thanks to the powerful Tensor Flow co-processor, we are able to process all analysis in embedded processor.
For high reliability and 24/7 operation, the devices are supplied from: 5V USB-C power adapter; 10W solar cell; in-wall power supply adapter; PoE if LAN Ethernet connection used. In case of power shortage, embedded battery allows for few hours operating.
The device wireless connection range can reach about 150 feet or over 45 meters. An extender or another router must be used to expand wireless network range.
Based on external party testing and our internal research, we could achieve ~3% error for heart rate and ~7% for respiratory rate. As we are capturing micro vibration of human body, the reading is only possible when person is in stable, not moving position. After a fall detection we use this technology to conduct first triage and then take appropriate help strategy.

AiWave is the first system that takes care of our safety and monitors users’ health by contactless vital signs monitoring. It is not just a simple sensor. The device observes what happens 24/7 and then analyzes collected data by sophisticated AI. Once it detects a threat like a human fall, incorrect vital signs or a thief, our cloud platform will notify people you trust about danger.
For indoor analysis, we do not involve any photo images or video. Instead, the system sees objects as a cloud of points with their physical properties.
